Text of Complaint by Tanu Pal:

The feminity store send me the 2 pair of used jeans. That’s not what I ordered. They send me the wrong product. On 25 November 2023 I ordered 1 jeans and one shirt from The feminity store but Yesterday 29 November 2023 I received the order paid for it Rs.1228 . According to the feminity store site my order is not received and payment is also showing pending.
There’s no way to contact them for return, refund.
