Topic – The female agent of JIO is mentally harassing me by misleading me and pressurizing me for recharge. She threatened me to deactivate the sim card.
Respected Sir/Madam
My name is Lucky Ram, I am a Jio service consumer and my mobile number is +91 7876390314.
For the last 15 days I have not done any Jio recharge on my mobile number because I have jio WiFi and some another option. I always get calls from Jio and they force me to recharge again and again.
On 04 September 2024 I got a call and her mobile number is +91 7876301971. At the beginning of the call she said recharge or else i will deactivate your mobile number. After this call I am mentally disturbed because of her.
This is totally a scam, dominance and a crime. She calls for some incentive and target and starts scares and harasses.
There is no law to deactivate SIM card within 15 days if there is no active plan in the SIM card. Then why she are doing this.
All the staff talk like unprofessional when they call for recharge.I have talked to thousands of customer service executives and my experience is good, but when I talk to Jio agents I feel that they are all calling from the jungle, all are unprofessional and they have no way to disconnect the call. There is no way. Their only ability is to mislead and threaten
Many people are being mentally harassed by illiterate Jio agents but they don’t have time and right information to complain so they take it lightly but this is a big issue. They all do misleade the consumers and threaten to deactivate the SIM card.
Poor people don’t have money for recharge still they recharge because Jio agents say we are deactivating your SIM.
My humble request to you please punish this type of agents (scammer). She is very harmful for public. Punish her under suitable section and dismiss her and her TL, manager and quality officer they are not good for JIO reputation.
She does anything for her motivation, goal and personal gain and scares the public. take strict action against that shameless woman. Her Mobile number is +91 7876301971
