My father has ordered a mini air conditioner fan which he saw in an youtube ad the image of the product shown on the ad is a good product in amazon and some other stores so he trusted and placed the order in a shop from shopify now we are trying to return but they declined my return now I can’t place return and I lost 1000 rupees
