So last year when i changed my contract i chose as normal to have premium Spotify in the plan. For the last 9 months this has not happened i just get free Spotify which is 2 songs then adverts must have been on the phone for approx. 4 hours every month minimum always promised it would work still not working always asked just for some more time and they will sort this. This has happened several times. I have explained I am now a widow of 72 my music is so important as i play the tunes we both liked, it helps the loanliness. This as had no impact it still does not work. They then said you pay and we will credit the difference every month they did for one month I should to have the Price Plan P i signed up for they cannot do this. I worked for Vodafone for 14 years and as a manager i would sort the problems out this does nor seem to be happening.
