The executive selected amazon pay as return mode of my refund for one order but i asked to send the refund to my bank account. now they are denying to send my money to my bank account and have kept in amazon pay balance itself, i do not want to use amazon due to n no. of reasons. my money is stuck there. they straight away deny their executive’s fault of using wrong return mode and now do not want to return my money to my account.
