My Excitel Broadband is not working properly and has got frequent disconnection and then repair takes a lot of time and even after repair it works for few hours and then again goes bad. The complaints to Service center and the Nodal officer have not brought a resolution. now I want to get my money back for the period which is remaining in my subscription . Kindly help  .

I am fed up with treatment you give to a customer . Your call centre team cuts down the phone after keeping the customer engaged . Supervisors are not available for the response.
Request you to kindly cancel my subscription if you are not able to respond properly and refund my amount .
My recent complaint no is 1100341845 and the connection is down for last three days .
Basically your call centre people of Priyanka and Riyaz and not customer sensitive and they have put down the phone and lator cut it after asking me to Hold.
I believe Floor supervisor instructed them not to disturb him.
Please cancel my subscription and refund the amount , I will change the operator.
