I had taken a personal loan from MoneyTap, subsidiary of INCRED FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED, via MoneyTap mobile application, bearing application reference number : 5642202280612041A . For which sum of INR 8,081/- is supposed to be deducted from my bank account on 5th of each month till the completion of repayment term, however in the month of November on the 7th the same amount got deducted twice one after another with in a interval of a few minutes. The same has been conveyed to MONEYTAP via email on their provided grievances email id but no satisfactory response has been received from them.
