Text of Complaint by Rituraj Bose:

I had an ongoing short loan for gadgets and stuffs from Moneytap which had the finance partner in the form of DMI Finance. During the month of March an amount of 3500 got debited twice, once I paid by my own and afterwards they auto debited the same amount. I have been complaining Moneytap for several months now but the amount is yet to be reversed back. Couldn’t contact DMI Finance as there contactable number is always found busy.

The same has happened for the month of June, I had an emi amount of 4000 to be paid which was to be auto debited by the 12th of every month but it didn’t got debited, now DMI Finance has been sending me razorpay link with added overcharged amount as 4450, I am not going to pay it of my own as they might auto debit the same amount again like the last time.

I want the overcharged amount of 3500 to be refunded back to my source account and also this ongoing month’s 4000 to be genuinely auto debited once.
