Electricity bill for this month has been charged the triple of what we pay normally . The normal electricity bill for my apartment varies from 2000-3000 rupees but this month’s electricity bill is 12430 rupees which is way too high . I don’t know the proper procedure to complain about it . Pls look at this situation and help me .
