I recently purchased a refrigerator from Croma. The delivery person called and refused to deliver the item because it was different from the billing address (everything was already sorted out while purchasing the item at the store). He started to cuss using the words “Thevidiya paiya, punda mavanae”
Im totally baffled to be treated this way!
