Hi,
I ordered 7 8 items in the last week however I mentioned in the box to deliver the products on Monday Wednesday and Friday between 10 am to 3 pm as it’s a commercial place and due to lockdown office works on alternate days. However delivery boy calls on sat Sun and the other days where customer is not available. Also if I say deliever the item tomorrow than delivery boy comes at 8 am and says ki sir madam I reached pls pickup your parcel. I don’t understand if the day’s and timings are mentioned why delievery is sent on other days and than the email or msg received as the item is returned to us.. please take care of this and tell why this is happening?
