I have purchased a Motorola handset of Motorola edge 30fusion on 5/03/2024. Unfortunately my experience withtje handset was so pathetic and myself raised the issue with Flipkart also . I am forwarding the same. Your Query ( 2023-03-06 07:42:47 )

I have purchased a brand new Motorola edge 30 fusion with an exchange offer. I am very sorry to inform you that the handset received is a defective one. The handset is over heating even after charging. The camera of the handset is of poor quality and shows grain while on shoot. I want inform you that both the seals of the packet was opened tampering both the seals. I would like to return the item immediately and do the needful to effect the same. But Flipkart deserted me saying to contact Motorola directly . I have purchased it through Flipkart not directly from Motorola. Now Motorola informed me that their Engineer will come and very the product. They told me that If it can be repaired they will repair it and give back. Being a customer I want a brand new one not a repaired one. It is better to refund me the money if they are unable to supply me a brand new one.
