I had ordered 2 women kurta and pant set ….on 24th feb 2023 , 1 set of women kurta and pant set was cancelled by Flipkart…i called them and they it was some glitch problem that’s why it is cancelled… I said ok no problem…
On 27th feb, the delivery boy came for delivering the product….He came with both the sets of women kurta and pant ..i said him one set was cancelled by Flipkart so how you delivering it to me .He said no problem sir you take the product, cancelled will changed into delivered status….i agreed to it …
When i saw the product in home…. one set was ok… but the cancelled one was damaged..i called Flipkart to please changed the cancelled status to delivered status so that i can return it ….they said ok but 10 days gone ..today 8 th march 2023, but still they haven’t updated it..i am facing a lot problm with this .. they are not giving my money back ..
