On July 13, 2024, I applied for a warranty on your website and sent the product to your address via courier. I was informed that the courier charges would be reimbursed within 48 hours of shipment, provided I filled out a form. Unfortunately, this reimbursement did not happen.
I contacted customer support, and they told me that I needed to complete a voucher, which they would send to me. They assured me that within 48 hours of submitting the voucher, the courier charges would be refunded. I filled out the voucher on May 16, but despite the passing of many days, I have still not received the refund for the courier charges.
Today is August 8, and I am yet to receive this refund. I have called your customer support multiple times, but I keep hearing the same excuses—that there is a technical issue, that the finance team is working on it, and so on. It’s disheartening to see a reputable company selling products but ultimately failing to honor its commitments, which feels like a scam.
Please, as a well-known company, I urge you to resolve this issue promptly and refund my courier charges. It is my humble request that you take this matter seriously and provide a swift resolution.
