Text of Complaint by Nilanjan Sarkar:

Rayban Rectangular Sunglasses was ordered on 3rd Oct’23 and was delivered by Flipkart on 08th Oct’23.
Wrong Product was received and initial return requested was raised on 8th Oct’23 which was not resolved till 16th Oct’23.
Flipkart Representative on 16th Oct’23 asked to cancel the return request and process new request against the same and gave assurance for priority resolution by 17th Oct’23.
Now on 19th Oct’23 they are not responding to any email, written messages on the app and on Phone calls. They have now removed the option of calling against this issue in their application and asking to write messages on the same app with reply date of 72hrs.
