The complaint is dhani freedom card charging me inspite of making payments and not updating my payments even after more than one month and the last payment was made on 12 December 2021 and recently on 22 January 2022 and I cannot cancel card as dhani is keeping my card inactive even after making payments .I have made several complaints through email and to customer service on call but in vain.I am a high BP patient and I am suffering like hell for dhani one freedom card services. Please help
