I have ordered multiple orders from meesho and the order ID are 168111674363039872, 168113978990494528, 169086869259453760, 169090117699997056, 169094431437149632, 169095471311390656 out of which I did not wanted one particular order I wanted to cancel it but as per the delivery partner and the policies of the valmo courier either we have to accept all the orders or cancel all the orders they do not have an option of cancelling a product if not needed if things came at all once, where the other platform and courier services are having the perfect options. The other incident took part on 29 april 2025, where I was not available on the location I have asked the delivery partner to come within 24 hours again but he refused and said as per the policy of valmo they do not have an option for reorder the particular item within 24 items where as other platform has the options. The policies of the VALMO COURIER is useless and not at all appropriate for using please discontinue the said services if can’t provide better help.
