The complaint is about the wrong product I received from Amazon amounting 5800/-. As soon as I know about the product I called the customer service and they initiated the return. ( they suggested it). After few days delivery guy came and took the wrong product. Since then I am in touch with the Amazon team they said we are working on it and it will take some more time. And today, they said you have returned us the wrong product so we can’t help you also they claimed that they send me the exact product I ordered earlier. It’s totally on me now. I have provided them every necessary details of the wrong product I received from day one . And they assured to me to check it and get back to me. Since then I was on hold. Calling and asking for the updates but they asked me to wait only. And today I called them they informed me that they have received a wrong return also they now claimed that, they order they delivered was as per my order only and no wrong product has been delivered. I dont understand what type of situation Is it. I am attaching the picture of product I received, Which is Nike shoes and i have ordered the puma shoes.
