The complaint is about the SIM porting request from Vodafone to JIO. The completely process has been done by 16th may but still not getting any update and they are I am coordinating on daily basis with their customer service team, but they are not updating or process the request also they are not refunding the amount which was already paid.

Text of Complaint by JYOTI SHARMA:

It is very ashamed to talk to JIO team about their service. I applied for SIM porting request by self KYC on DTD 16th May. But didn’t receive any response from your team also they are not attending the call for the same. I’m continuously trying to reach you by calling on customer care service.

Today I applied to cancel my request by SMS and get a response from their side that “NO PORT REQUEST IS GENERATED.

I extremely sorry to trust on their service.
For your information, enclosing the attachment of the Proof of request, payment and request for port sim.
