On 16th July 2023, i tried ordering few items from myntra through lazypay payment gateway.
My order could not be placed and the money got debited from Lazypay as per Lazypay’s history.
According to myntra money was not credited or received by them that is merchant’s end. Now Lazypay is refusing to refund the amount and also not showing any concern of the same after multiple times of seeking help. The amount is of Rs. 1604. I want a refund of the amount also compensation of tumultous mental harassment . I am also attaching my chat history with Myntra customer care where they have stated that they haven’t received the money
