I have been asking my operator for over a week now to send someone at my house to check if there is an optical fiber in my vicinity for having an uninterrupted broadband connection, I don’t wish to pay any extra charges for optical cable.
But he is not taking any considerable actions, I want to get a broadband connection as soon as possible and I have to start working on bigger projects, but because of this ignorance I am not able to do so.
Kindly look into this matter and try to rectify it as soon as possible. I wished the airtel have been more fast and efficient at these things.
