SIR/MEDAM,

this is TEJASWI H, i am a working professional, i have given complaint against skill lync on 25-4-2023 regarding cancellation of my course which i had taken by SKILL LYNC.

and when i was submitted the complaint against SKILL LYNC it shows like, it will be made public shortly.
its already 2 days over, but i have not seen complaint in consumer complaint court publically, what i have given 2 days before against SKILL LYNC.

And now also am again raising the complaint against SKILL LYNC AND EDUVANZ FINANCE.

I had taken the course in SKILL LYNC (automotive sheet metal design by using catia)
in the month of january and i continued the course till february only.
after that i had informed SKILL LYNC consultant RAHSMITHA SHETTY then after i get a calls from SKILL LYNC and i told them due to some work presuure from the company and some financial issuses i can’t able to continue the course. But they (SKILL LYNC) are not ready to accept my situation, they are just trying to force me to continue the course.

After that i was getting continues calls from that EDUVANZ FINANCE like you have taken the educational loan from our side by SKILL LYNC like that.

And also that EDUVANZ FINACE company sent me the notice from bombay high court, that you have to payback the education loan amount.

When i was joining the course in SKILL LYNC they didn’t informed anything about the educational loan or cancellation fee of the course. at the time of the joining they said, incase if i can’t continue the course, you can withdrwal the course.

But now they are telling there is no cancellation.

please help to come out of this.

AND kindly make this complaint pucblic as soon as possible.
