I booked Janaki Roadlines on July 20, 8 .15 PM, from Vasudevanallur – bangalore . The boarding point is given as Annai travels, but when I went and asked the travels, the owner said that he don’t know when will the bus arrive, mentioning that I didn’t book the bus from his travels. But I booked through redbus and the boarding point of redbus showed Annai travels only. Hence, they are responsible to provide proper guidelines and help about the bus.
