On 13/01/2023 at 11 pm I’ve tried to book a bus ticket from salem to chennai for a bus departure on 17/01/2023 9.10 pm
After choosing a seat i got entered into payment portal by UPI i doned the payment of 337 rupees
But the ticket was not booked
