Hi consumer rights yesterday my friend ordered a watch for me in watch mela or watch villa it has both name the watch which we order was rupees 2000and the watch which we got is worth upto rupees 300-400 this a unfair thing we paid for tht watch but we didn’t get the watch which we ordered the number they gave to contact them also not working I have sended messages and mails for that also no reply soo please kindly look into this issue
