I am here by describing about the creating a fastag without my concern in my vehicle name. Recently, when i crossed the Nelamangla tolls , it brought to my notice that my existing fastag is blacklisted(ICICI) even if i have 500 balance. I was surprised and in the next day i called National highway customer service.There, i came to know another fastag is created without my concern.

Thereafter, i called to customer care and complain abt this. I have mailed to IDFC fastag services on 8th OCT. There after, i got 2 replies to share some documents. Even though, i am no where connected to send those docs, i just sent to get rid of them. Now, almost more than 15 days is over, they are neither updated abt the status of complaint nor replying to my mail.I have raised 4 compalins to IDFC customer care. But no reply by them. Now customer care executive are saying that they can help us.
Its a fraudlent behaviour, erckless and careless attitude by a bank people troubling the customers unnecssarily.
I request you to pls help me
