Dear officer,
I am escalating this to your department since the requisite channels have failed to acknowledge and return back investors money.
This complaint was escalated yet the department was unable to address the shortcomings of their own department.
Last month, I had requested Motilal Oswal to not renew the SIP amount. After escalating it to the concerned person it was decided that a code will be generated and SIP will be cancelled and the amount will be returned to the account.
They have failed to honour this and have deducted another month’s SIP amount of Rs 5000 from my account that too without my knowledge and consent.
Kindly take this issue seriously as it is a matter of accountability. Since the current channels of communication is itself being handled by corrupt government departments who can read,follow up and change the status-quo I ask you for an acknowledgement.
