Dear Sir
With the Ref No.WB-ILUH0704220319. When i was making a ticket from Delhi to Vancouver in the name of Karamjeet Kaur, on date 19-02-2022 Flight No. AI 185 date of Travel 02-03-2022. from the site of Air india. During the process when i am try to make payment from my credit card HDFC card ending no. 0089 payment of Rs. 153329/- was deducted but no ticket was issued. I call many time to Air India representatives and they always assure me the your payment will be issued in 24 hrs but still no payment was issued by you, even after more then seven months i am still waiting for my payment. I can not understand why the refund is so delay. Please resolve the problem.
