In a month of September I have used 4000/6000Rupees from my Paytm post paid, and I have paid 4000 on 12th of the same month, but at the end of the again used 4000/6000, but I have charged more than rs285, instead of Average amount 120(convenience charges of post paid are between 0-3% of used amount). postpaid customers executive said that I used 8000 , but I used 4000/6000, How can they charge me, extra amount for that am raising this complaint,Even though if they want charge on whole amount it is on an average rs180.
