The complainant is Airtel DTH subscriber no. 3026086440. The due date of validity was 30/06/3029. The renewal for one year remitted on 30/06/2019 at 8.23 hrs. The renewal was from 01/07/2019 to 30/06/2020. But the renewal SMS stated new due date as 24/96)2020. Reducing one week as was done last time when the annual contract was from 5/7/18 to 4/7/19.it was fixed as 30/06/2019. The another aspect is even after renewal successfully the TV screen reminds to remit recharge amount. This is confusing and misleading the subscriber.
