Text of Complaint by Vikram Aditya:

The smartphone company POCO has a problem in the Model X3 pro , the motherboard of that phone gets dead anytime , and i faced that issue , i bought my phone on 2 january 2022 , and as per company extended warranty policy my phone is in warranty , when i visited the service centre they opened that phone and shown me that a small litmus paper has changed the colour ( every paper is except the one , even paper near the motherboard is white ) so they can’t change the motherboard in warranty and rejected that , but the phone got in contact with water , when i asked that is there any water mark , they said no , All the parts near the red litmus were ok the problem was only with the motherboard but they are making excuses , Kindly help .
