A pvt. ltd firm registered by the name of Faithful Creator Infra Pvt. Ltd. had employed me on 2 may 2018. They did not pay me the salary for the month of august and september and after asking for it they sent me a termination letter . As per the offer letter all my dues have to be cleared within 45 days of termination but there has been no transfer yet. The company is now sending mails stating that the company is suffering from losses and they cant transfer the money also no commitments are being followed by the company.The company director has given me cheques but there is not sufficient fund in their account.
