Text of Complaint by Gaurav Kumar:

I had added dime 2 Truely wireless earbud and received dime truely wireless product and as of cancellation policy I had contacted the company from the date of order that I have been invoiced a wrong product but they didn’t took any response on that and after they delivered the product instead on 12th of Nov 2022 and when I mailed within 24 hrs to return the product and initiate the return they refused to it.
I am sharing the details I mailed them on 9th of Nov 2022 the date of ordering of product.
