I recently placed an order on June 24, 2023, through the website https://onlybrands.myshopline.com/. I had purchased a Pack of 5 T-shirts. However, upon delivery, I discovered that the items received were old and torn shirts, completely different from what I had ordered.
I immediately reached out to the company’s support team via email, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. Thinking they might be busy, I decided to send another email but still received no reply. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I tried to contact their customer support helpline, only to discover that the number provided was fake.
Suspecting fraudulent activities, I conducted an online search and came across a complaint on the consumer complaint court website. This confirmed my belief that I had become a victim of a scam perpetrated by the aforementioned website.
