Mytrip.com has become a company I would never want to do business with. My initial flight from Newark to Los Angeles was cancelled by the airline. I contacted mytrip.com because it would mean I would probably lose my connecting flight to Guadalajara. However, nothing was done but the company (I would call them and they would hang up the phone). As a result I had to get a new ticket to Los Angeles (making a stop in Las Vegas and not straight as it originally was) and I had to buy a new ticket to Guadalajara which cost significantly more since I lost my flight from Los Angeles to Guadalajara and I and to buy it last minute.
I never received a refund for my ticket from Los Angeles to Guadalajara or for anything even though I made numerous attempts to get in contact with the mytrip.com customer service they continue to decline my calls after seeing my order number.
