I ordered a portable rechargeable torch online from ship streak company. On 15th September they sent me a cheap quality torch worth Rs 20-30 while I paid Rs 599/- cash on delivery. I applied for a product return request. Today, on 17 September 2023, the delivery boy refused to take that parcel. I want to return this product and get a refund. The company is fraudulent.
