I placed an order on December 9, 2020 for a wall clock with order number TCS11926 and it’s April now and I still haven’t received it. Even after multiple chats with them on whatsapp, where they keep giving me details about my product which I believe are bogus. They finally said they will ship my product at the end of march which has obviously come and gone and even after asking for refund now I am getting no reply.
