I have ordered a Classy Color Black Color Hoodie Style With Pant For Boy × 1 worth Rs.299 on 19 oct 2021 through mantra fab.Since they don’t have cash on delivery option i paid the amount via ATM card.In their shipping policy it is said that the order will be shipped within a day and will recieve a confirmation call.But i haven’t received any calls and haven’t got any tracking ID as well.When i open the site it says “it is currently processing “ .I have contacted through their official mail id since I couldn’t post a message from their site (it says there is an error while sending the message) and haven’t received any response.
