Text of Complaint by SAURABH GARG:

The Cinema Dosti

I have opted for a 6 month subscription in the Cinema Dosti app, on 28th May 2020. through UPI NO-014916514522.The payment of Rs.99 has been deducted from my account but the subscription has yet not been activated. Sent an email to Cinema Dosti stating the same, but no response as of now. This app has, by far, the worst payment transaction procedure. I want either my subscription to be processed, or full refund
