I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding my recent purchase of a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 from your dealership. Upon further investigation, I have discovered that the vehicle sold to me as a 2023 model was actually manufactured in 2022. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that it was sold at the new tariff applicable for 2023 models, despite being an older model.
This discrepancy has raised significant concerns for me, especially considering the mechanical issues I have encountered with the vehicle. To recap its history: At 14,000 kilometers, the motorcycle underwent significant engine repairs. Now, at just 19,000 kilometers, it is experiencing serious issues again, specifically with the clutch assembly and chain set.
Given these issues and the misrepresentation of the vehicle’s model and pricing, I kindly request a thorough investigation and resolution of this matter. I expect transparency and accountability regarding the sale of the vehicle and the ongoing mechanical issues it has experienced.
Please provide a prompt response to this complaint and outline the steps you will take to address these concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
