I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I have been experiencing with my phone. The auto screen off feature seems to be malfunctioning, causing inconvenience and frustration.
Oneplus nord CE3 5g – Price-29,000
Purchase date – 09/Oct/2023 not more than 2 months, Issue Occurred on 7/Nov/2023 not more than 15 days.
Despite couples of time I visited one plus service center – 19th Main Rd, 1st Block, 1st N Block, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560010 , but I didn’t get any solution for this issue. And they said that “we cannot replace the phone because the purchase date is more than 15 days”, and they are not able to fix the issue.
I kindly request your prompt 🙏 attention to this matter and a thorough investigation into the root cause of the problem.
I have the videos, which was recorded while the screen remain active for more than 2 min but the auto screen off is just 15 sec. This video was recorded after coming back from the one plus service center(14/Nov/2023). and attached pictures.
