So I have been exploring the Astrotalk app recently. In that, I was charged for service that was not delivered to me. I asked for a refund, but I got a partial refund. They reasoned that they were deducting it because some of my uses were from the bonus money that they had provided me earlier.
Two key points here, they didn’t refund me the full amount as they have said. Since my full amount for that session was 165, instead they refunded 143. The customer service gave the logic that the bonus was deducted. Why they have provided the bonus on the firsthand? And why it is deducted in my refund amount if it was bonus and not related to that service price? Also they have not made any compensation for the loss of time and effort .
