I had ordered two board games on 10th August and the app said it would be delivered by 13th of that month
On the 13th the app said the order had been delivered but I had not received it. I had paid online on Amazon for the first time.
I contacted customer care, they filed an investigation againts my complaint and on the day that they told me to call again then said that the package was delivered in safe hands and that they cannot do anything about it. I asked for a solution but they did not suggest anything saying its now a personal matter. I would like this to be taken under observations as soon as possible.
