Attached herewith documents related to transaction through IMPS (Internet Banking) for your kind reference in account statement it shows that the amount has been deducted from my Union Bank Account ( No-102210027000322, IFSC Code- ANDB0001022)and also shows success transaction with date and transaction Id, which is described as follows. But the amount has not been added to my counter party, the amount has been deducted from my Bank Account and also shows success transaction with date and transaction Id, which is described as follows. But the amount has not been added to my counterparty., 01-. Reference ID- 513802473/TRANS ID-S52270748(Through TECHPROCESS), dtd-05.04.2021, Amount- Rs.1200.00 and 02-. Reference ID- 513908933/ TRANS ID-S66641077(Through IBIBO PVT LTD), dtd-06.04.2021, Amount- Rs801.07, In view of the above it may please be enquired into the matter and consider necessary steps to add above mentioned amount in my wallet with a view to up to date my actual balance.
