Attached herewith documents related to transaction through IMPS (Internet Banking) for your kind reference in account statement it shows that the amount has been deducted from my Account ( No-102210027000322, IFSC Code- ANDB0001022)and also shows success transaction with date and transaction Id, which is described as follows. But the amount has not been added to my ASTROPAY wallet., 01-. Reference ID- 513440658/TRANS ID-S90692962(Through IBIBO PVT LTD), dtd-01.04.2021, Amount-1500.00 and 02-. Reference ID- 513442779/ TRANS ID-S91650831(Through IBIBO PVT LTD), dtd-01.04.2021, Amount-1500.00 In view of the above it may please be enquired into the matter and consider necessary steps to add above mentioned amount in my ASTRO PAY wallet with a view to up to date my actual balance OR RETURN TO BANK ACCOUNT.
