Sir,
I purchased an e voucher of 500 rs worth, while purchasing the amount got deducted from my account but didn’t received by phone pe. After trying for 2 3 hours phone pe customer care executive responded and told me to wait for 24 hrs
I waited but nothing happened. When I called and asked them they told me that this issue is from bank side we are sorry and my money is safe with them.
4 days past now and no refund is received by my side. And while I talk to customer care they said we cannot do anything it is from bank side and will take 5 6 days more.
Sir I am a student with limited amount of money to survive please look in to this matter asap.
