Text of Complaint by Kausamvy Pal:

9th June, 2025 , I recharged 199 Rs. amount from BSNL selfcare app, but the amount has been deducted and also the recharge failed. So, I complained about this on the BSNL self care app and also via phone call. The call center customer care executive said that it will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days. Today is 23rd June, but still not credited to my bank account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
