I recharged my account three times: first with a 399 plan, then again with the same 399 plan, and finally with a 1499 plan. All the plans got activated simultaneously, and this shouldn’t have happened. If one plan is activated, the same plan for the same month should not activate again. Therefore, I kindly request that you consider this as a special case. Please keep the 399 plan active and reimburse the other two plans, one of 399 and one of 1499. There should not be double activation of the same plan for the same account. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
