Text of Complaint by Zeba khan:

I ported 2 of my Sims to Airtel and an executive from Airtel store mango, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand; bearing contact number – 9262808807 came to my house , took porting sim charge of rupees 100 and an additional 600 rupees for recharging both the Sims. He didn’t recharge either of it and is not responding to the calls and messages. Such behaviour is not expected from a reputed chain like Airtel . Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. This is causing damage to me.
