I have recharged 399 net pack for my Airtel number..Suddenly one day during the validity period,outgoing calls and net pack is not working..after recharging the main balance it starts working .I don’t know why it’s not working even the pack is not expired .As a customer I feel very bad about the service provided.Kindly look into the issue asap..
